RECRUITING MILITARY FAMILY & LIFE COUNSELORS
Choctaw Staffing Solutions (CSS) has been awarded the Military Family and Life Counseling (MFLC) Program contract in partnership with MHN Government Services, Inc. (MHNGS). MHNGS has been involved with the MFLC Program since 2004 when the Department of Defense tasked MHNGS to send the first team of 20 consultants to Germany to augment existing behavioral health services for military beneficiaries. We are delighted to be a part of this critical behavioral health program and we invite you to join our team.
CSS is currently recruiting Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Independent Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Clinical Psychologists to work as Military Family and Life Counselors (MFLCs). Counselors may be assigned to work with Adults and Families or work in the Child and Youth Behavioral (CYB) Program on U.S. military installations in the U.S. and overseas.
The MFLC Program provides in-person, confidential, non-medical, counseling services to all Active and Reserve component Military Service members and their families, including severely injured Service members and their families. The non-medical counseling services are provided by licensed or certified counselors.
The CYB-MFLCs provide in-person, confidential, non-medical counseling services to military children, typically in a DoD school setting or youth program. CYB-MFLCs play a key role in giving military children the support they may need during some of the more challenging periods of military life. The overall goal is to give the military child, as well as the rest of the family, support during stressful times which often involve the deployment life cycle.
Qualified candidates should complete an application via our electronic employment portal found at: www.choctawglobal.com/careers or send a copy of the candidate's resume, license and degree to Anjolee Gordon at: email@example.com.
